At 7PM tonight, my dear friend Sarai called and shared on her bottle’s fate. Here’s her post on it, read on.

Have you ever tried writing a message, placed it in a bottle and threw it, preferably in the sea? Would you want to try?

Yay!! It’s Thursday already and I haven’t completely unpacked my things. Why? I’d be gone again for the weekend. Be traveling again to the town of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur for my cousin’s wedding. It’s a 7 or 8 hours ride by bus from Cagayan de Oro. A very long travel indeed. But I will be reuniting with my relatives at Butuan City, half way through the travel. At least I will have company and folks to feed me. Haha.. I wouldn’t be attending their wedding for some reasons I gave the groom-to-be’s younger brother on his wedding last year, like the travel is tiresome and draining, I have works on Fridays and Mondays (hitting the possible Monday blues), and had to support someone on Sunday on a task. But.. But my cousin and his beautiful fiance asked me to be one of their bridesmaids. Why? So I could attend their wedding and celebrate with them. Blackmailing me. Hehe.. My cousin’s fiance by the way had gotten close to me, since we were both of the same profession. She’s warm, friendly and a great lady too. And I’d be glad as well to be part of their celebration and to witness this important event in their lives. Anyhow, got to prepare my body for the grueling travel and work for the coming days.

Just arrived yesterday from my week-long training/retreat and planning. Still exhausted but its a workday already. Arrgghhh.. Can I have a vacation extension, please?

My younger bro and I left Cagayan de Oro before 5AMĀ  Sunday, April 5, for Davao City. Since much work had to be done, we proceeded directly to our objective. The sight seeing and lakwatsa was part of the plan. Hehe.. We stormed our camp’s venues, Mergrande Ocean Resort and Outland Adventure. But would not miss the Baywalk, People’s Park and Jack’s Ridge. Thursday morning, 6AM, flew to Cebu City for their staff retreat. I admit, I was so tired I had to hide at the back of my fellow participant so I won’t be caught drowsing in my seat.

What started as a brainstorming Sunday evening ended with a message-in-the-bottleĀ  Sunday dawn. Was made an accomplice for my friend’s message of joy and hope in an empty and clean wine bottle. It was just for fun. We both don’t know the bottle’s fate yet hopes the bottle-finder would contact my friend and relates where the bottle is found and how the message has helped the person. I threw it around 3:40AM in the middle of the sea. It might go to Camiguin island or Bohol or in a far off place, I don’t know yet, I hope not in Sulu or on a pirate’s hand. I was even reprimanded by a crew for being in the rail. So I just pretended I was taking pictures of the bubbles of the waves created by the ship.

So I haven’t been online lately and maybe for the coming days. Our connection was not good, I don’t really know the details. All I know is that we can’t freely browse the net this time. So much for blog hopping.

And in an hour or so, my younger brother and I will be on our way to Davao City via Bukidnon, as posted in my previous entry. I’d be away for a week.

So.. Tadah for now.
