How did I spend my 1st day of the year?

At the struck of 12 midnight. I was outside our house comfortable our 5 dogs. 1 was barking furiously at our neighbor who was setting up their fireworks. 2 wants to be cuddled. 1 got lost for a while, maybe she was hiding or something, she wouldn’t tell me. While the other 1 was just sitting keeping an eye on me. These dogs were not used to fireworks. That’s how I greeted my new year. Then off to some FB readings, blog posts and a very meaningful FB chat with a friend who I recently got to know better. It was a nice chat indeed, one that I could tag as a quality conversation. Off to bed hungry. Woke up and checked our dogs. Then cooked Carbonara, I even forgot how to cook it. I thought it was an epic fail one, it turned out to be okay in the end. I still have the edge in cooking after sometime of not being in the kitchen for so long. Hehe… Anyways… Then off to my first out of town on the first day of the year. Some would say that this is not good, why would it be? Because my year would be filled with spending and traveling? Hmmpp… In a way, I like to travel. And besides, it is my beloved bro who paid for my fare going here. Hehe… And yeah, traveling is fun. I might do it again in 3 weeks time. Wanna join?
